  • What Child Is This?

This year on December 2 we will begin our Advent Season Celebration with our Hanging of the Greens Service entitled, "What Child is This?” We will prepare our hearts and our church for the celebration of Christ’s birth by decorating with “the greens—holly, ivy, evergreen boughs and wreaths, and Christmas trees. The hanging of the greens is more than just decorating the church, though: it is a worship service in which Scriptures are read, carols are sung, and we invoke God’s blessing over our church.

    Christmas Cantata

December 16th, the Wauhatchie UMC Choir will perform their Advent Cantata during the morning service. The cantata will be directed by Sam Duggins. We invite everyone to come and enjoy this very special musical presentation!

Join us for a time of Worship, Prayer and Praise!

    All are welcome!

    Sundays 11 AM & 5PM

Our worship style blends the traditional elements of the United Methodist Church with classic hymns and contemporary praise music, bringing the Scriptures to life for all age groups.

Our worship service also includes a special message for our children and the opportunity for them to experience age-appropriate worship during Children's Church.

The United Methodist Church practices the Open Table where all who profess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior are welcome to receive the elements at Holy Communion. At Wauhatchie UMC children are encouraged to participate in this grace-filled sacrament.

Please look over our opportunities for worship. We look forward to seeing you soon!
